Thormaseal™ Tropical
A hot applied, polymer-modified bitumen joint sealant specially engineered for use in extreme heat, making it the ideal choice for roadways, runways, and paved surfaces in tropical and high-temperature regions.
- Good extension over a wide range of temperatures, from 0°C to 50°C
- Resistance to deformation on road temperatures reaching 60°C
- High adhesion to concrete and asphalt surfaces

Easy to apply
With its efficient application process, Thormaseal™ Tropical helps minimise downtime and reduce labour costs. It can be poured or pumped directly into the joint using a melt pourer, bucket, or heated mould, making it adaptable to different project sizes and equipment setups. This versatility makes it suitable for various road surfaces in high-temperature regions, supporting fast, reliable joint sealing.
