      1. What is MMA and how does it work?

        MMA (Methyl Methacrylate) is a high-performance resin used in road markings and surfacing applications. It is fast-curing, durable and provides long-lasting colour retention, even in harsh conditions. Our MMA products cure quickly, allowing for minimal downtime and reduced traffic disruption.

      2. Which surfaces can Prismo® MMA be applied on?

        Our MMA range can be applied on asphalt, concrete and stone substrates. On concrete, Robur® Primer must be applied first and left to cure completely before applying Robur® finishes. For stone applications, an adhesion promoter must be added to the primer.

      3. Can I apply Prismo® Preform onto Prismo® MMA surfacing products?

        Yes, Prismo® Preform is fully compatible with our MMA products. Take care to avoid overheating during application, as excessive heat can burn or damage the MMA surface. Use a controlled flame and keep it moving to ensure safe, effective bonding.
