About Thermaspray™
Thermaspray™ is engineered for more efficient project completion and can be sprayed readily onto the road surface to give an even line of good definition.
Efficient application with minimal disruption
Thermaspray™ is backed by a long history of use, using specialist spray technology to deliver high-speed applications between 7km and 12km per hour. The spray technology ensures that Thermaspray™ is compatible with standard spray machinery, as commonly used across Europe. This technology allows for faster project completion and reduced road closure times, helping to maintain a smoother traffic flow with minimal impact on commuters.

Our standard Thermaspray™ products are developed to conform to the latest European specifications and certifications. Thermaspray™ is engineered to comply to your needs, available in a wide range of compositions to meet different performance requirements.
Delivering durability across all climates
Thermaspray™ is formulated with a lower viscosity than traditional screed or extrusion thermoplastics, allowing for efficient atomisation at lower temperatures. This minimises material degradation, resulting in more reliable and long-lasting road markings. Engineered to meet all global climates, Thermaspray™ delivers high performance across all weather conditions.
